Why I Created Move with Anabelle
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the right workouts but your body still feels stiff, weak, or disconnected, you’re not alone.
For years, I believed yoga was enough. I showed up to class, stretched, and moved regularly. But even with all that movement, my body never truly felt good. I still felt stiff, certain areas felt weak and unstable, and I wasn’t progressing in the way I wanted to move.
After having my children, things became even clearer. Like many women after pregnancy, I was left with severe diastasis recti. My core felt weak and disconnected, and everyday movements felt harder than they should.
That’s when I realized something important: stretching and yoga alone weren’t going to rebuild the strength my body needed.
I tried different workouts and gym classes hoping they would help, but they often felt random and disconnected from what my body actually needed. I was moving more, but my body still didn’t feel stable, strong, or supported.
So I started experimenting with something different; combining strength training, mobility, and controlled movement alongside my yoga practice.
Everything changed.
My body became stronger. My pain disappeared. My diastasis healed. Most importantly, I felt better.
And the best part?
It all happened at home.
No rushing to the gym.
No long workouts.
Just intentional movement that fit into real life.
That experience changed the way I approach movement.
That’s why I created Move with Anabelle — a space where you can build strength, improve mobility, and move your body the way it was designed to.
So you can feel stronger, move better, and move freely again.
