30 Days of Mindfulness Challenge

Happy New Year!

 Please help me kickoff the new year by participating in 30 days of mindfulness together. For 30 days, we will be intentional with mindfulness practices that will help us cultivate gratitude, connect with our bodies, and vibrate higher.

Feel free to take or to add to this challenge. Maybe you’ll aim to complete all 30 days (like me 😅) or maybe you’ll participate on some days. This was created as a guide to help us make small changes that will help us embrace a more mindful, intentional, and soft way of living.

I will be updating and checking in daily on my stories so please turn my notifications on and check in daily. Also tag me so I can repost. Would love to see how you’re practicing mindfulness this month.
